EXPO CONDOS 3 COMING SOON TO THE VAUGHAN METROPOLITAN CENTRE
Expo City Tower 3 by the Cortel Group is the third tower in Expo City's master-planned community development with 39 storeys. It is part of the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre which is the City's new downtown located by Regional Road 7 and Creditsone Road in Vaughan, Ontario. The Vaughan Metropolitan Centre has approximately 179 hectares of development opportunities that will include retail, residential and office use space. This will be Vaughan's vision of a new downtown where one can live, work and play.
Expo City Condos 3 is located near Highway 407 and Highway 400 and is also situated close to York University, Aviva Centre, Black Creek Pioneer Village and Canada's Wonderland. The Vaughan Mills Shopping Centre is also located nearby where you can go bowling at the Lucky Strike Lanes, shop at many of the retail stores such as Lacoste and Bass Pro Shops and eat at restaurants such as the Pickle Barrel. The Richmond Hill Golf Club, the Thornhill Golf & Country Club and the National Golf Club of Canada are situated not too far away. The Kortright Centre for Conservation which is a suburban conservation area in Vaughan is located approximately 11 kilometres away from this new residential development site.
